Job Title: GuardianAngel Watch Officer
Dept and Location: GuardianAngel, Apex, North Carolina
FLSA: Non Exempt
TigerSwan provides comprehensive solutions to global instability, operational risk management, logistics, crisis management, business intelligence, and security consulting services to the US Government and corporate clients. GuardianAngel, offered exclusively by TigerSwan, is a satellite based emergency assistance application that provides real time tracking and location services. Our domestic and international Global Operations Centers deliver rapid client-to-customer support by providing 24/7 scrutinized monitoring and a direct line of communications to our security personnel.
The GuardianAngel Watch Officer is responsible for management and coordination of global security operations, staff security, security monitoring, incident management, and communications. The Global Security Operations Center will feature 24/7/365 global security monitoring, intelligence gathering and analysis, information technology and communications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Monitor the global movement of clients, business travelers, international assignees and senior executives through personal monitoring devices in real-time, responding to panic alarm activations and providing emergency assistance
•Monitor the overall status and threat levels across the globe.
•Provide security assessments to identify risks and recommend cost permissive solutions for risk mitigation
•Assess global events and the impact to TigerSwan staff, client’s, facilities and business operations
•Provide immediate guidance and assistance during emergency situations
•Assist in the successful coordination with external organizations as to security, emergency preparedness, emergency response, communications and training
•Prepare situation reports and maintain administrative requirements associated with role and responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Ability to work rotating shifts. The TigerSwan GSOC will function 24/7/365, twenty four hours per day, seven days a week, and three hundred sixty five days per year.
•Ability to respond quickly and calmly to emergencies and stressful situations exercising proper judgment and decision making skills
•Ability to work with a sense of urgency, remain agile and adapt to unexpected situations or events
•Strong computer skills and a capacity to learn new systems quickly
•Broad understanding of GPS, cellular and Iridium satellite technologies, software platforms and hardware. Relevant GIS, mapping and tracking software product knowledge is preferred.
•Intelligence collection and analysis
•Excellent analytical, research and investigative skills
•Proficiency with customer care techniques and processes
•Ability to provide trend data to operations personnel site management team
•Ability to identify customer needs/expectations and must participate in operations with the client and customer listening programs. This includes call monitoring to improve quality, minimize errors and track operational performance.
•Ability to manage, review and analyze quality reports.
•Candidates with the ability to obtain security clearance are preferred
•3+ years’ operational experience in a Global Security Operation Center, Fusion Center, Emergency Operation Center, Command and Control Center or similar security and intelligence center operation.
•Prior experience in security monitoring and security tracking of physical assets, facilities
•Experience utilizing the various communication capabilities within a dispatch center including Radio Frequency (RF), telephone, intercom, data networks, and video surveillance monitoring equipment, inter-agency interoperability, console functionality, and other emergency communication strategies during sustained emergency events.
•Proficient with the use of technology and various operating systems.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of overall Global Security Operations

Job Title: Administrative Specialist
Dept and Location: Safety and Security, Apex, NC
FLSA: Non Exempt
Performs administrative functions for a Safety and Security client. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and coordinating travel. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. The Administrative Assistant manages the client’s travel program and provides safe, convenient and cost effective travel options. The Administrative Assistant assembles highly confidential and sensitive information and deals with a diverse group of internal and external callers. Acts as the first face of the Company.
Duties and Essential Functions:
•Prepare and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.) for corporate client
•Direct persons to correct destination.
•General administrative and clerical support.
•Communicate travel plans and policies, as well as confirmation of itineraries booked
•Procure necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances regarding travel requirements.
•Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure travel policy compliance
•Manage employee travel profile and stay current on business travel trends; researching and recommending cost effective solutions
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Proficient with computers and relevant software applications and devices including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
•Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
•Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and culture.
•Verbal communication skills, the individual must possess the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
•Written communication skills—the individual must possess the ability to edit work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and the ability to read and interpret written information.
• Professional personal presentation—the individual must maintain an appearance that is appropriate for the professional business environment and the Company’s client base.
•Organizing and planning—the individual must possess the ability to interpret instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
•Customer Service Orientation—the individual must understand who the customer is and what they expect. Should anticipate and respond to customer needs and requests. Will seek the customer’s point of view and developing solutions for customer concerns or problems.
